Project implementation training

21 to 22 September 2016 in Vienna, Austria

The aim of our project implementation training is to provide technical support and advice to beneficiaries, enabling them to reach a higher implementation quality of their funded projects.

The project management teams (project, finance and communication managers) will be informed by the joint secretariat, national contact points and experts from other institutions (e.g. from the European Commission, European Investment Bank, Interact, experienced project lead partners) on and directly practice how to:

• Measure project progress
• Communicate their projects
• Prepare good progress reports
• Prepare controls and keep audit trails

We aim for active participation in the training, which will significantly increase the learning experience. The event will thus be split into short plenary sessions providing an overview and parallel thematic workshop sessions with a smaller number of participants in each.
